Managing
access codes, creating group schedules and
retrieving entry information is all handled
through ACE software. Create new users, including
temporary ones whose code only works as many times as
you want on the dates you want. Track and sort users
by name, change their access codes or level, even
prevent access when they're on vacation.
Now with V2.0, setting up the Accessor is even easier. You
can share only the users you want between boxes. No more
creating a file for each box even though most of the users are
the same. All you need to do is drag and drop
users into a box or group to add them.
Once the ACE file is complete,
simply connect the Accessor to the PC via the serial cable
and download the information.
Retrieving logs is equally
easy, providing you a detailed record of all
entries or attempted entry at each Accessor.
ACE V2.0 makes handling logs easier too. They are now filed automatically and displayed in the browser
on the left side of the screen, under the box they came from. Just
click on a log to view it.
